About

This site creates invoices, estimates and other documents right in your browser, in one or two languages. This page explains who makes it, how each country's rules are checked, and how it is funded, without selling any data.

Why DualBill exists

Before DualBill, I ran a café in Spain and a print shop in Casablanca. Every day I had to produce quotes, invoices, receipts and delivery notes: for a customer in a hurry at the counter, for a business card order, for a supplier.

The tools I found asked for an account, started charging after a few documents, or could only write in one language. And my customers and suppliers didn't all speak the same language.

I'm also a graphic designer, and I speak Arabic, French, Spanish and English. So I built the tool I needed: a clean document in seconds, in one or two languages, with no sign-up, that stays on your device. The country rules shown on the site come from official, dated sources.

DualBill is free. If a rule looks wrong or a document is missing, write to me: contact@dualbill.com.

How the rules are checked

Each country rule (rates, required details, IDs) comes from an official text: a law, a tax code, a tax authority. The page that uses it cites that text, its article and the date we read it. When we find no source, we say so, and the generator imposes nothing.

What the site does not do

The generator adapts the fields to the chosen country. Check the obligations that apply to your situation. The tool does not replace certified invoicing software, and the PDF made here is not an electronic invoice under the reforms under way.

How the site is funded

The site is free and needs no account. It will later be funded by advertising, shown only with your agreement and never next to the Download or Share buttons. No invoice data is collected, so none is sold: see the Privacy page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the site really free?

Yes: no account, no watermark, no limit on documents. A small “Created with” line with the site name, at the bottom of the PDF, can be turned off.

How do I report a mistake in a rule?

Write to us from the Contact page, with the country and the page; the fix cites its source.

Who reviews the texts?

French is reviewed by the publisher. The other languages are checked with care; a review by native speakers is planned.
